We manufacture high quality range of gaskets that are widely used in different industrial applications. Our array is fabricated using optimum quality Aflas^®, Viton, Silicon, Hypalon, EPDM, TPR, NBR, Neoprene, PTFE, PU, SBR & Natural. Used to prevent gas or fluid leak by acting as barrier between two surfaces these gaskets safely maintain seal under temperature and pressure changes. The common type of gaskets encompass sheet die-cut and molded. The material used in die cut gasket is a flat sheet that is already cut from flat gasket material or cut prior to assembly.

	Silicon Solid & Sponge Gasket

Creative Elastomers Silicone gaskets are available In various sizes, sections, colours as per requirement.

They are autoclavable and food grade. Hardness of solid silicone gasket Is 35 shore A to 80 shore A.

It easily withstands temperature range of -80°C to 260°C. These gaskets are available In square, rectangular, circular, oval or any section as desired by customer.

	Inflatable Gaskit

Creative Elastomers FBD / FBP Inflatable gaskets are manufactured from MOC like food Grade white neoprene rubber as well as food pharma grade transparent silicone rubber. These gaskets operate like a cycle tube that can be Inflated to accomodate a variable sealing gap. These gaskets are Inflated by 14mm when 2kg pressure Is applied.

Three gaskets are normally used In fluid bed dryer as Inflatable gaskets.

Product container top & Retarding chamber I.e. P.C. Top gasket (40mm x 22mm)
Product container lifting I.e. P.C. Bottom gasket (40mm x 22mm)
Finger Bag sealing gasket (50mm x 20mm)
